What happens if my phone battery dies?
Your package includes two power keys for backup access. Your installer will show you exactly how to use and store them at handover.
Do I need to open the app every time?
No. Automatic proximity operation works in the background when correctly configured. Keep the required Bluetooth and background permissions enabled on your phone.
Can another family member use the vehicle?
Yes. Additional phones are supported. Your installer can explain how to add an authorised phone and manage access.
Does parking location mean live tracking?
No. Parking location shows where you last parked. It does not provide continuous live GPS vehicle tracking.
Will it work with my vehicle?
IMMOSTOP is suitable for a range of cars, vans, motorbikes and campers. Send your make, model, year and postcode so we can confirm compatibility and fitting availability before booking.
Is there an ongoing immobiliser subscription?
No. The £349 fitted package is a one-time payment for the immobiliser. Any separately requested services or extras are agreed before booking.
